BOTOX™ treatments eliminate fine lines and wrinkles by weakening the small facial muscles that cause crows feet around the eyes and frown lines between the brows.

A brow lift, or forehead lift, removes excess skin and muscle from the brow and elevates drooping brows. It also improves brow lines and furrows, resulting in a refreshed and well-rested look to your eyes and eyebrows.

Chemical peeling uses a chemical solution to improve the skin's appearance. It can reduce or eliminate fine lines under the eyes and around the mouth, correct uneven skin pigmentation, remove pre-cancerous skin growths and soften the signs of acne. A chemical peel can also treat wrinkles caused by sun damage and scarring, as well as skin blemishes common with age and heredity. Chemical peels can be performed on the face, neck, chest, hands, arms, and legs.

Dermal fillers like Restylane®, Juvéderm™, Radiesse® and Artefill© provide many options, such as lip enhancement, correction of thin lines around the eyes and mouth, correction of deep folds, creation of fuller lips and shaping facial contours, such as cheeks and chin.

For an injectable wrinkle filler that provides long lasting wrinkle correction (3 - 5 years) see one of our doctors about Artefill. Artefill is different from temporary injectable wrinkle fillers. The unique microspheres in Artefill are not absorbed by your body and work with your skin to produce collagen which provides the support your skin needs for natural, long lasting results. With Artefill, treatments are completed during a simple, in-office procedure, improve over the course of several months, and stand the test of time. It has an excellent safety profile and it provides immediate results for wrinkle correction allowing you to return to your normal daily activities. (Available in Temple and Round Rock)

Please contact the Cosmetic Surgery Center nearest you for information about which dermal fillers are available.

Blephaharoplasty, or eyelid surgery, is used to correct both cosmetic and inherited problems with excess skin that impairs vision. The procedure removes excess fat and/or drooping skin of the upper and lower eyelids to give a more rested and youthful appearance.

Facial augmentation through facial implants can change the shape of features and /or the balance of your features. Common facial implants include chin, cheekbones or jawline.

A facelift, also known as a rhytidectomy, is a procedure designed to remove deep creases and sagging skin of the face. The surgery involves tightening the skin and muscles of the face and neck to restore a more youthful appearance.

The best candidates for a facelift are those whose face and/or neck have begun to sag, but whose skin still has some elasticity. Facelifts works best on those with strong and well-defined bone structure.

Fat grafting, or fat injections, can be used to fill deep lines and improve contours and facial shape from the loss of volume associated with aging. Fat is removed from the hips or stomach and transferred to the selected site. This technique can be performed alone or in combination with other procedures to provide comprehensive facial reshaping.

A neck lift corrects the appearance of loose, sagging skin in the neck area and under the jaw to restore youthful lines.

Nose surgery, also called rhinoplasty, involves the resculpting of the bone and cartilage and, in some cases, can correct breathing problems. The procedure can reshape the tip, change the angle or reduce the size of your nose, creating a better balance of your facial features.

While no scar can be removed completely, plastic surgeons can often improve the appearance of a scar, making it less obvious through the injection or application of certain steroid medications or through surgical procedures known as scar revisions.

Otoplasty, or ear surgery, is performed to change the size and/or shape of protuberant or prominent ears. While most often performed on children, this procedure can sometimes be appropriate for adults as well.
